March monthly meeting minutes
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 pm by President Austin Hutton.

Reminders – Please register for the meetings, it helps the venue. Also please wear your membership card. If you need a holder, see me. I don't know everyone's name.
New members – Jack Sands, he has a motorcycle problem. Rides a GW & BMW R1150 GS.
Welcome back Richard Meyers and Stephen Slisz.
New bikes; Mike Secor bought Graeme's GS and Al Casazza bought a 2015 GS.
Treasurey Report given by Austin, we missed you Rick French. We are still solvent with over $6000.00 some of which will be used for tech day food & beverages.
Tech Day Report given by Keith Smith – This Saturday 8:00 am until sometime after lunch. Keith Smith has graciously offered his place of business for this event. If you need oil, tires, free tire mounting, service switch off etc call Keith to order any parts, tires,etc. Our own Aaron Zimmerman will be the grill master so please register or cancel to get an accurate head count for burgers etc. See the event calendar address.
MOA Meeting our district is April 27. If you have questions please contact Mike Secor.
Big Bend – Ken Culver gave a brief report on this upcoming great ride. Please print off the itinerary and know which group you are riding in. You're welcome to do your own thing just let your ride leader know. The route is the library on the website, use V2.
Ride Report – Scott Croff has lots of rides of various length planned, see the event calendar. We have already done 14 rides with a total of 35 participants.
Hard Luck of the Month Report – Ken Culver, whose battery caught on fire while riding sweep. It was noticed he was no longer following and Lance McGehee saved the day by throwing some bottled water on it. Thank goodness minimal damage occurred. Now I might always carry a bottle of water on my bike.
Doug Davis Ozark Trip April looks to anther great one. 4 nights in the same hotel with lots of day rides planned. Check it out on the event calendar.
Congratulations to James Cooksey – he won $46.00 in the 50/50.
