August Monthly Meeting Minutes 8/21/18
The meeting was called to order at 1903 by Pres. Austin Hutton.
Treasury report given by Rick French – we remain solvent with a balance of $6,654.02 with $200 in petty cash. We are selling merchandise at club cost and adding new members.
Attendance was 20 – 19 members and Gary Baxter as guest speaker.
New member (actually first meeting he's been able to attend since joining last April - he is transitioning from AR) – Jeff Myers. He owns a fleet of motorcycles, I think I counted 6 of various makes before loosing track. Fastest he's ever ridden was 144 mph – wow.
Rick French is heading up our annual Hamburger Cook Out on September 29th. Please register so he can get a head count to purchase the burgers and brats. 4 people volunteered to help him with set-up at 10:00 – what a great group we have.
