Hill Country Ride Departing at 10 a.m. from Shell (Midway Food Mart) at Midway Rd & Rosemeade Blvd Join us for this 4-day visit to the Texas Hill Country; We will be staying at the Inn of the Hills in Kerrville (830-895-5000) On Friday our visit with take us on a ride over the "3 Sisters" and other roads with lunch at Neal's in Concan; and some pie at the Apple Store in Medina Saturday we will take back roads to the Old Tunnel State Park on our way to Fredericksburg and lunch at Freidhelm's Bavarian Inn. After lunch we'll spend time in Fredericksburg, where we can visit the National Museum of the Pacific War, shop, watch people, etc.; then head back to the Inn of the Hills to prepare for dinner. The ride down is about 325 miles and about 300 miles back. Friday's ride should be about 278 miles; Saturday is a short 83 miles - but lots of activities!
