Ride Distance & Time: McKinney to Beavers Bend Restaurant, Broken Bow, OK – 306 miles
Beavers Bend Restaurant to McKinney – 174 miles
Total ride – 480 miles
Ride Description: This is an all-day ride to some rather good riding in Northern Oklahoma. This ride is designed to spend all day riding and enjoying the country side. No super slab involved. In Oklahoma, we’ll enjoy the rolling 271 heading north out of Antlers to Talihina and on to the 20 mile western portion only of the Talimena Scenic Drive in the Ouachita National Forest. We’ll leave the Drive at 259 and loop west back to Talihina via Big Cedar and head south on the very cool Old Indian Highway. This road is a 30 mile mixture of the Talimena Scenic Drive and the Arkansas Pig Trail. Lunch is at the Beavers Bend Restaurant in Beavers Bend State Park north of Broken Bow – then home.
